The main aim of Favoriza is that the clothes, shoes, bags and accessories you have purchased fit you great and make you feel unique and special. If we haven´t fulfilled your expectations, you can return any item within 14 days from the time you received your order. 

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

Returns at Favoriza.com are always free of charge

If you have purchased from Spain or Portugal you will  get a full refund. For all other countries, shipping charges will not be refunded. Check the shipping costs to your country.

You have to ...

  • Sign in to My Orders and select the item/s to be returned.
  • Follow the instructions and click on "Return".
  • You will receive an e-mail with the delivery note attached.
  • Print the delivery note and include it in the original packet.
  • In less than 48 working hours a courier will collect your packet.

Favoriza must ...

  • Once the package is received at Favoriza, it is checked to make sure:
    • The returned item is the sent one.
    • It has not been used.
    • It does not have stains.
    • It is not faulty.
    • It's in its original packaging with all its tags.
  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail. The amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days.
  • If something is wrong, Favoriza will contact you.

The time required to collect the reimbursement in your card account depends on your card company's policies.

Always remember ...

  • Bespoke items cannot be returned.
  • The returned items must have their original tags and packaging.
