How much time do I have to return the goods?

Upon receipt of the clothes, shoes or bags you have 14 calendar days to request a return.

How do I have to return my purchase?

You have to return the products in the same condition you received them. The pieces must have all original tags and must be returned in theirs original packaging.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

Returns to are always free of charge

 Will I get my money back?

  • In Spain and Portugal you will get a full refund.
  • For other countries shipping charges will not be refunded. Check the shipping costs for your country.

When will I have my money back?

Your money is automatically refunded by the same payment method you used for purchasing:

  • If you paid using a credit or debit card, your money will be refunded to your card account.
  • If you paid using PayPal, the value of your reimbursement will be refunded to your PayPal account.

Upon receipt at Favoriza warehouse and after verifing the returned product meets our quality control policy, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. The amount will be credited to your account immediately. You should receive your refund within 48 hours after receiving this e-mail.

How to send the goods back?

Favoriza has created a friendly return procedure. Our aim is to make your online shopping experience easy.

  • Fill in our online Return Request Form.
  • We will e-mail you a packing list you shall include in your package.
  • Our return service will pick up your package within 2 working days.

Is my order on its way?

All Favoriza orders are trackable so you can follow their journey to you. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail from our warehouse with a trucking number. Once your order is on its way, simply click on your tracking link to check your up-to-date tracking information.

Can I remove items for my shopping bag?

Yes, of course. You can remove any item from your shopping bag before processing your payment.
